Single Admissions began life as a one person show in 2009. From there it was developed into a one act play for three women. The show was first performed in 2010 at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and at Metro Arts. It was nominated for best Independent Production and Best New Australian Work at the 2010 Matilda Awards. It was published by Playlab in 2014 and performed by Milkbar Theatre at Gasworks Arts Park that same year.

“After Single Admissions landed at Metro Arts, the Facebook reviews started trickling in. “So funny you'll laugh your anus off,” one friend promised; “I soiled myself laughing,” wrote another. With such recommendations, it was hard to resist the allure of Single Admissions and now I feel ready to contribute my own butt-related review: it was so funny, I prolapsed. Rectally.”
